Victorino Noval Sr.'s grandsons, Franco, Jake and Hunter, created the Foundation.in honor of their late grandfather. Franco Noval serves as the Chairman of the Board, while His brothers Jake and Hunter Noval serve as co-director Board members Victorino Noval. The Foundation does not take donations, but participates in various philanthropic activities, especially with enhancing awareness through nonprofit events and films such as Reel Aid's Documentaries on Charitable Causes.
